The OR Golf Society started when a few enthusiasts decided to organise an OR golfing day. These are now held twice a year at courses near Reading. Tee-off time is around 10 a.m. and each event finishes with a late lunch at which various trophies and prizes are presented.
Over the last decade there has been an increased interest in these well organised events, which provide an excellent opportunity of meeting other OR golfers and playing on different courses. Lunch is always a most relaxed and splendid social occasion.
